The second phase of this corporate headquarters is a six-story office building that reflects the architecture of the first phase. The building features limestone, granite, architectural precast concrete, glass, and metal with spaces for meeting and training, a fitness center, a café, and an auditorium. The client wanted to consolidate its employees on one campus to increase productivity, and the project design was employee-focused. The company put together staff focus groups to work with the design team on shaping the space.
