The building features a 24-foot-clear ceiling height, 14 dock doors, and a large truck courtyard with extra trailer storage. Visible from Highway 110, the building’s design elements include insulated pre-cast sandwich panels, three prominent glass entrances, and many windows. With a short timetable, construction moved from footings to completion in less than four months. The facility’s application for LEED core and shell certification is pending.
